✸ Shipping Policy

Default shipping is untracked for stickers only orders. If you'd like to upgrade to tracked shipping, please select the option at checkout. 

If you selected tracked shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking number, please reach out to me.

✸ Do you ship to the EU or UK?

Currently I will not be shipping to the EU or UK due to complications in taxes and shipping.

If you would like to purchase, feel free to contact me and we can work something out over on Etsy!

✸ When will my order ship? 

Because I run this shop on my own, please allow up to 7 days for processing. Orders will not be shipped on holidays or weekends.

✸ When will my order arrive?

  • Domestic: 3–7 days
  • International: varies, but around ~4 weeks

Tracked shipping is recommended. I am not responsible for any delays or lost items during shipment.

Please note that shipping is still impacted by COVID-19, these estimations are average ranges based on prior orders. 

✸ Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

I have the right to cancel and refund any orders I deem necessary. 

✸ Do you accept any returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. However please contact me if there are any issues regarding your order.

✸ Can I request a refund?

Refunds are not accepted for the following:

  • lost packages during shipment
  • damaged packages due to handling of postal workers
  • packages delivered to the wrong address

✸ Could I get a replacement for my lost or damaged packages? 

Unfortunately once packages are dropped off at USPS I have no control over how the package is handled and delivered. If your package is missing, please contact USPS to see if they can assist you. If there is still an issue, please fill out the contact form or email me at aubluvionstudio@gmail.com and we can discuss solutions! 

✸ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted as long as your order has not shipped yet. Orders cannot be cancelled once you have received a shipping notification. Once your order is cancelled, you will receive your refund. ( Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.)
